Weight loss which include GLP1s & Phentermine, TOX (Jeuveau), birth control, hormone replacement therapy, irregular menstrual cycle management, menopause & perimenopause management, Well Woman Exams/ pap smears, urinary and gynecological disorders, B-12 & Vitamin D injections, IV therapy + vitamin infusion, SkinPen (Microneedling) with or without PRP (platelet-rich plasma), men & women testosterone replacement therapy, in office lab draws starting at $10, and acute care visits with medications if indicated given in the office (18+ for Iowa & Nebraska for men & women- Missouri only for women).

Dr Tilly is a dual certified women’s health and family practice nurse practitioner. She is from Iowa, born and raised in a small farm community. She obtained her bachelor's degree in nursing with a minor in psychology. Then, she went on to graduate school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center to become a women’s health nurse practitioner, with a doctoral degree in nursing, and a post master’s degree in family practice. She is also a certified professional coder.
